Today is the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day, marking the end of
World War 1. The Armistice agreement brought hostilities to an end on the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918. After over 4 years of indescribable carnage on the battlefield the world was ready to celebrate the end of it and Granville was no exception.
